Reflections from first session

 Thank you so much to everyone from Abu Dis who spoke to us today. I'd like to highlight something that Abed said about Palestinian resistance which was 'This is part of our resistance - to make the world aware of what we are facing. To raise families and raise our children is part of our resistance. Building communication to make people aware and active is part of our resistance'. This felt really profound as a powerful, human act of resistance. I feel really honoured to be part of this learning journey and to be a small part of the awareness raising and communication building! Looking forward to Thursday's session. Thank you - Shukran :)
